As part of the Group IT, this role involves maintaining and supporting PSA Group’s Global Collaboration Platform (GCP) services across a global network of subsidiaries. The position also includes implementing these systems in newly established or acquired business units to ensure smooth collaboration and integration. This role offers diverse experience and exposure, as well as potential assignments at overseas port terminals in Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide technical and functional expertise in business analysis, collaborating closely with users to propose and implement solutions that address business needs. This may involve partnering with vendors for implementation and application maintenance services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships across Group, Regional, and local stakeholders to secure buy-in for initiatives and projects, fostering alignment and effective communication.
- Technology Management: Provide strategic oversight for the deployment, optimization, and governance of PSA’s technology stack, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Entra ID, Druva, and other SaaS applications. Ensure secure and reliable service delivery across all platforms. Lead the rollout of out-of-band solutions to overseas Business Units, maintaining full visibility and accountability for all deployments. Ensure all implementations adhere to established compliance requirements, policies, and governance standards.
- Security Operations: Ensure all GCP+ security alerts are monitored continuously across all business units. Lead the Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities to promptly address and resolve alerts. Collaborate with local IT teams in business units to investigate and isolate security concerns effectively, ensuring robust protection and swift resolution of issues. Strengthen security measures for mobile devices, email systems, and endpoints.
- Support Services: Deliver high-quality support to PSAI users, both internal and from business units, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements and audit processes.
- Innovation and Improvement: Evaluate new features and solutions, identify areas for improvement in current practices, and recommend changes to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 3 and higher-level support for SaaS applications, including support duty rosters, after-office hour emergencies, and occasional weekend maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for roll-outs, development services, and application maintenance activities, ensuring successful project execution and operational excellence.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets associated with IT collaboration platforms and projects. This includes ensuring cost-effectiveness, negotiating with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, and aligning financial plans with organizational priorities. Proactively assess financial risks and opportunities, delivering detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Enhance productivity and automation while promoting the use of Citizen Developer tools like M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio through low-code development and generative AI.
The successful candidate must have some of following skills and personalities:
- Hold a graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Bring over more than 10 years of expertise in Windows Server Operating Systems, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Hyper-V Clustering.
- Have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Have hands-on experience in managing Microsoft power platform in terms of security and governance.
- Possess a proven track record in project implementation, with successful rollouts of Office 365 in large enterprises.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills, effectively collaborating with users, vendors, analysts, and engineers.
- Showcase strong vendor and project management capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions and changeovers.
- Exhibit analytical skills to design solutions and systems that align with business requirements.
- Understand Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contractual obligations.
- Adapt to dynamic environments and thrive as a self-motivated, resourceful individual.
- Be open to short-term overseas travel for requirements gathering or project deployment.

- SC-100 Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or equivalents
- SC-200 Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or equivalents
- SC-300 Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalents
