Senior Technical Solutions Architect – Cloud & Big Data

Key Responsibilities :

Architect, design, and lead the deployment of large-scale, mission-critical cloud-native applications and big data platforms for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to senior customer stakeholders, enabling adoption of complex AWS services (EC2, Lambda, EMR, DynamoDB) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

Drive the end-to-end solution lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, POC development, implementation, and ongoing optimization for cloud and big data systems.

Own the infrastructure lifecycle management, ensuring system performance meets stringent SLA requirements and uptime targets in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.

Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and mitigation of complex production incidents affecting cloud infrastructure or big data pipelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to design automated CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes/Yarn), and monitoring solutions to ensure operational excellence.

Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering innovation in architecture, performance tuning, and cloud adoption best practices.

Represent the company in technical executive discussions, advocating for best practices and aligning technology strategies with customer business objectives.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture and data platform designs, ensuring clarity and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience designing and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure and big data ecosystems.

Proven expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, EMR, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink).

Strong background in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Yarn), and CI/CD pipelines.

Demonstrated success in technical account management or solutions architecture roles supporting enterprise customers at senior levels.

Solid experience in product lifecycle management, infrastructure SLA assurance, and performance tuning of distributed systems.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience with SaaS analytics platforms, gaming industry solutions, or financial services technology is an advantage.

Familiarity with modern DevOps and monitoring tools (e.g., OWL, Jarger, Kairosdb).
