Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Product Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AI, cloud computing, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs, as well as the ability to craft compelling marketing strategies that drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Alibaba Cloud’s AI products and solutions in international markets to drive leads and new SMB users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and regional marketing teams, to ensure successful product launches, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 1. AI Product Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Alibaba Cloud’s AI products and solutions, tailored to international markets. Identify key target audiences, market segments, and customer pain points to position AI products effectively. Collaborate with product teams to understand product roadmaps, features, and value propositions, translating them into compelling marketing messages. 2. International Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM international campaigns for new AI product launches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands. Create and manage marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, and presentations, to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts. 3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation. Monitor AI market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. 4. Online and Website Conversion Responsible for SMB acquisition, understand the needs of SMB decision-makers, and formulate effective commercialization conversion strategies based on product, pricing, and customer segmentation. Drive customers through the learning, trial, and usage phases to ultimately leading to leads generation for sales and purchase conversion. Understand the key user journey, conduct data analysis on critical touchpoints, identify conversion issues, and propose efficiency improvement measures. 5. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to improve results and achieve business objectives. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product capabilities and customer expectations and ensure close loop with sales. Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketsPosition Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AI, cloud computing, SaaS, or related fields. Experienced online acquisition marketer with commercial background. Understanding digital channels especially website. Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing AI or tech products in international markets. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and cloud computing concepts. Familiarity with AI use cases across international markets and industries. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
