Job Description:

• Provide customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude

• Assist customers with product recommendations and answer inquiries about our chocolate and ice cream offerings

• Serve chocolate beverages and ice cream efficiently and with care

• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including the display area and seating zone

• Support restocking of items and basic preparation tasks when needed

• Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
  
  Requirements:

• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service

• Friendly, presentable, and comfortable communicating with customers

• Must be able to work on a rotating schedule, including Saturdays and public holidays. (Shop is closed on Sundays)

• No prior experience needed — training will be provided.
