Your Role
The incumbent will be responsible for managing Mighty Jaxx's E-commerce operations
covering marketplaces and our own .com site (Shopify base) in Europe, Middle East and
Africa. You will ensure the achievement of annual revenue and operating expenses targets.
You will oversee these business operations and sales optimisation through system and
process re-engineering, with a focus on marketing, customer experience, and order
lifecycle management.
This is a hybrid role - our office is located in the Hammersmith area in London.
We are open to applicants based outside of London, who are comfortable commuting to the
office 1-2 times a week.
Responsibilities
Shopify-based .com site:- Manage the UK and EU Shopify sites and all communications to customers
relating to the performance of the channels.
- Perform regular performance audits to identify unique assortment
- Evaluate E-commerce campaigns to ensure positive ROI and recommend
- Conduct research into .com best practices, and propose enhancements to our
- Plan new product launch campaigns, and manage product upload, and listings
- Create and implement a strategy for marketplaces, establish operational plans
- Manage brand, store front and product listings and campaigns for Marketplace
- Develop effective marketplace account relationships to grow the business via
- Generate weekly reporting of marketplaces, identify actionable insights, and
create plans to improvise business based on data.
Cross functional teams:- Work with our Singapore-based marketing, licensing and product teams to plan
and introduce new and unique assortments and/or troubleshoot assortment,
pricing, and fulfilment issues on existing products.
- Work with the technology team to set up region-specific campaign pages on

Requirements
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital sales
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Amazon, TikTok,
- Good understanding of paid, earned and owned media and comfortable developing
- Proficiency in e-commerce reporting tools, Google Analytics, Tableau and Excel for
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data to
- Prior experience preferred in managing multi-region e-commerce operations,
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to new platforms, and work
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing
- Interest in pop culture / collectibles would be a plus.
