Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Manager for all marketing collateral design
  • Supporting the Marketing & Communication Manager with social media management
  • Co-ordinate media hosting, interviews, photoshoots and marketing events
  • Handle room bookings/complimentary forms for all media-related stays and dining
  • Send out internal media advisories for upcoming marketing activities
  • Prepare press kits for media stays, media tastings and press deliveries
  • Coordinate and support all advertising promotional efforts via online and offline channels, media clippings, and media publicity tracking
  • Responsible for the content planning across different social media platforms
  • Responsible for uploading promotions on the brand website, IPTV, digital signage, handy phone and all other marketing channels
  • Actively source for partnership opportunities with third parties
  • Responsible for administrative duties, including paperwork within the department, ensuring good housekeeping and filing systems
  • Draft guest letters for all communication to guests
  • Support all departments on promotions and events at the hotel
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Education And Work Experience

  • Diploma in the field of Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Mass Communications preferred
  • Creativity and the ability to think out of the box.
  • Marketing knowledge; ability to drive promotions to support sales and marketing goals
  • Well-organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain open communication and cordial relationships with all departments while focusing on priority goals.
  • Superior writing ability and presentation skills. Possessed portfolio of writing samples, projects, campaigns, etc.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and content creation, including social asset design and video editing.
  • Basic knowledge of different social media platforms with a keen eye for upcoming trends and algorithm optimisation.
  • Represents the company in a positive and professional light; able to interact well with media, guests, management, suppliers and staff.
