What The Role Is

You support the sustainability of developed Pro-code products and play an important role in managing the product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage Pro-Code product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance including attendant requirements in vendor management
• Address system updates arising from changes in product features and hosting infrastructure
• Manage service delivery requests and collaborate with external entities to develop technical proposals in accordance with sustainment requirements

• Understanding MINDEF IT compliance policies
• Collaborating closely with external entities via various professional capacities
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Computer Science, IT management, Cyber Security and/or development/data related certifications or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity or systems operations
• Experience working in a government regulated environment is advantageous
