What We Are Looking For

A Digital PM/Delivery Lead to join our team and work alongside one of our leading clients.

• This will be an initial 6-12 month opportunity with strong potential to extend further.
• Must be able to start within 4 weeks or less.
• Must be currently based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to end delivery of several digital projects and initiatives. The scope combines product/project management & delivery lead responsibilities, including the planning, execution, and oversight of delivery timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder coordination.

The person will work closely with UX, tech, and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, while also managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live, to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Product Ownership

• Own the delivery roadmap and define priorities in collaboration with UX and tech leads.
• Translate user needs and business goals into actionable features and stories.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure product features are scoped and delivered to meet strategic objectives.
  
  

Project Management

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and task tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, and drive progress.
• Track and manage budget, procurement needs, and vendor engagements if any.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with business stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to leadership as needed.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and manage stakeholder feedback loops effectively.
  
  

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in digital project/product management or delivery lead roles, ideally in internal platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong track record of delivering digital products in agile or hybrid environments.
• Experience with project management frameworks and agile tools.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable managing both scope and execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
