Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate in mapping out business process sessions, analyze and document processes using various process mapping techniques
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration with overall business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a top local or overseas university with min GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects successfully
- Proven experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, MIRO).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SixSigma) are a plus.
