ALSg's 24-month Future Leaders Programme (FLP) enables graduates to gain real insights into life at Air Liquide. It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develop their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of FLP, our Future Leaders will be rotated to work on special mission projects across various Business Lines.

Hands-on experience
On-the-job learning starts immediately when you are placed in a real role under the supervision of a senior business leader. The hands-on experience is complemented by specific rotations to related job units to better understand the different functions. Expect learning to be steep and you will need to be highly self-driven, proactive, resourceful and resilient.


Excellent mentorship
Learning through others can be one of the most significant ways of advancing in your journey. You will therefore be assigned a reporting officer who is also a senior business leader in Air Liquide. You can fully leverage on their valuable knowledge, learn from their experience and perspectives to help you complete the programme successfully. This mentoring relationship is driven by you and it is up to you to make the most out of it.

Are you a MATCH?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable educational institution with good academic and co-curricular record
  • Entry level applicants or a maximum of 3 years of full-time working experience candidates are welcome to apply

  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, high learning agility and resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment
