Working Hours: 11am-8pm
Salary: $2200-$2600
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The Ideal candidate should have a keen interest in technology, excellent customer skills, and the ability to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs. You will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience and helping the store meet sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
.Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
.Provide Detail information and advice on electronic products
.Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately
.Assist with stock replenishment and informing client on date on collection
.Handle customer return, exchanges and complaints.
Requirements:
.Diploma or equivalent
.Previous experience in electronics retail preferred
.Strong interest in consumer electronics and new technology
.Strong verbal communication and listening skills
.Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
.Comfortable working with computers and point-of- sale systems
.Able to work on weekends and public holidays
