Retail Salesperson (Air-Conditioning Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable aircon models
• Explain product features, installation options, and warranty terms clearly
• Prepare quotations and process sales transactions
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards in the shop

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience (retail or electrical appliances preferred)
• Basic product knowledge of air-conditioning systems (training provided)
• Confident, approachable, and able to work independently
• Immediate availability preferred
