Program / Guidance Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Offers character guidance and assistance to students

• Plans and executes trainings and activities for the students related to character improvement and growth

• Facilitates group counselling (when required)

• Performs individual guidance / counselling (as and when required)

• Performs hostel operations or routine function in accordance to students need when required

• Work non-routine hours

• Need to work weekend
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Has minimum Diploma (relevant field: Social work)

• Has excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and possess resourcefulness to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

• Has positive attitude, able to work under pressure, meticulous and able to work independently with strong follow through.

• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates

• Possesses the following characteristics: Motivated; Trustworthy; Creative
