Air Export Senior Officer / Executive (Airfreight Centre)

• Handle day-to-day activities
• Ensure smooth daily workflow, co-ordinate with operation section and traffic and warehouse department
• Entering shipment data in in-house system
• Pre-alerts to destination offices via email
• Ensure all bookings are handled in a timely manner
• Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas
• Attend to emails promptly
• Handle any other ad-hoc jobs assigned
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent

Requirement

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitude
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
