Part-Time Yoga Studio Manager and Social Media Specialist at Yoga Gogo

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Part-Time Yoga Studio Manager and Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us foster a welcoming community for individuals of all ages, genders, abilities, and sizes

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily studio operations from Monday to Friday afternoon to evening, estimated working hours - 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members

Manage class schedules, instructor coordination, and student inquiries, providing exceptional customer service

Implement and promote studio events, workshops, and community initiatives

Collaborate with instructors to maintain a high standard of class offerings and ensure the studio environment is safe and supportive

Monitor studio inventory and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized

Design and produce engaging content, including Instagram and TikTok that align with the yoga studio’s brand and voice

Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and photography to promote classes, workshops, and events

Write compelling and authentic captions that resonate with the yoga community and inspire engagement

Uphold the studio’s mission, values, and aesthetics in all content and communications

Stay updated on yoga industry trends and integrate relevant ideas into social media campaigns

Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep the audience engaged and inspired

Identify and collaborate with influencers, yoga practitioners, or wellness brands for cross-promotional opportunities

Coordinate with instructors and staff to showcase their expertise and unique styles on social media

Experience:

Experience in studio management or a similar role within the wellness or fitness industry is desirable

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating a positive and inclusive community

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experienced in social media content creation, particularly in crafting engaging Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories
