Aviation Planning Assistant
(12-Month Contract, Singaporeans Only – Convertible to Permanent Based on Performance)
Location: Seletar Aviation Hub

Responsibility:

• Review completed SVO (work card) for completeness (certificate/work report) and signatory

• Supplement CAMP cards to the SVO if require

• Communicate and execute with respective stake holders to achieve timely and complete work package prior sending it to operator/customer

• Scan complete work package into shared drive

• Assist in shipping work package to customer via approved freight agent

• Assembly work package for up-coming maintenance if require

• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Qualification – Diploma from aviation related studies

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.00 pm)
