Account assistant

Company: LBT Global Logistics Pte Ltd
Location: Singapore
Salary: Based on experience
Working Hours: 5.5 or 6-day work week (to be discussed)

Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry of accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with monthly closing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, issue cheques, and monitor payments
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Support the finance manager with ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred
