Stage Manager

We are seeking experienced and highly organized Stage Managers to take charge of all live stage performances at our vibrant bar and entertainment venue. You will be responsible for the professional execution of nightly entertainment, enhancing guest experience through flawless performance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily setup of stage equipment including microphones, instruments, monitors, and lighting
• Manage show timelines, cue calls and ensure performances start and end on schedule
• Supervise sound and lighting technicians to ensure technical quality during performances
• Conduct pre-show checks on all stage and backstage equipment and props
• Handle real-time problem-solving and quick decision-making during live shows
• Maintain a clean and organized stage and backstage area at all times
• Coordinate with operation manager to ensure smooth transitions during entertainment sets
• Keep detailed performance logs and update weekly/monthly show schedules
• Ensure all performers and crew adhere to house rules, safety protocols and performance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stage manager, production assistant or similar role in the entertainment or nightlife industry
• Strong knowledge of stage equipment, sound systems and lighting setups
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure
• Ability to work late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of stage gear
