Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding ( etc: Application, Renewal or Cancellation of work pass application)
  • Work with managers to support staff performance – setting goals, doing evaluations, and planning development.
  • Run HR activities like employee surveys, benefit programs, team bonding events, and staff recognition efforts.
  • Keep employee records and HR systems up to date, following legal rules and company policies.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and laws, and suggest ways to improve HR practices.
  • Handle general office administration; Stationery requisition, filing, office equipment etc
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Participate in HR projects and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR roles; experience in an Assistant Manager role is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
