(K) Finance Admin Manager (Manufacturing / Audit)

• Basic Salary: UP $8K + AWS + 2VB

• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Full responsibility for managing all finance, administration, and HR aspects, support GM in the implementation and collaborate with the FA Managers
• Oversee Finance (budgeting, reporting), Administration (payroll, benefits, supplies and equipment), and Human Resources (recruiting, hiring, training)
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and individual contributors
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks and KPIs are accomplished effectively and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Provide consistent updates that demonstrate progress of KPMs, KPIs, and risk management

You will need: -

• Min. 3 years of manager experiences in manufacturing industry
• Possess hands on internal audit experience
• Experience lead a small size of a team
