Manage the Performance Management process
Point of contact for 'right to work' and immigration related issues
Work with our immigration lawyers to manage the Points Based System account and licence, ensuring the business is UKBA audit ready
Advise managers on the most effective methods of recruitment
Ensure the current recruitment process is correctly adhered to
Assist line managers with drafting and reviewing job descriptions
Source candidates and place adverts in appropriate mediums and ensure that all response handling is professionally conducted
Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to candidates / agencies as appropriate
Monitor performance of recruitment agencies
Supervision of all aspects of transactional HR, including line management of the HR Administrator
