Secretary cum Admin Asst
Responsibilities:
(A) COMPANY
1. To analyst listed & private companies’ history.
2. Prepare monthly payment vouchers & receipt vouchers
3. Prepare monthly cashflow projection.
4. Monthly cashbook closing.
5. Process monthly Payroll, CPF & annual IR8A
(B) PERSONAL
1. Provide secretarial support to 2 Directors.
2. Handle entertainment/travel/outpatient claims
3. Prepare oversea travel itinerary, manage flight arrangement, hotel
bookings, limousine service and appointments etc.
4. Maintain a systematic filling system.
5. Archive files annually (where necessary).
6. Family matters - Home vendors / Insurance / Cars / Maids etc
7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Min. A Level or Diploma Holders with at least 5 years of relevant
working experience in secretary work
2. Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
3. IT savvy – assist Directors on computer matters & bank payment etc.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Words, Ms Excel & Ms Powerpoint)
7. Home office environment.
8. Working hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)
