About the Role
As an Account Assistant , you will support daily finance operations such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and month-end closing. Reporting to a senior team member, you’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Location : Changi Airfreight Centre (Airport Cargo Rd, Singapore 819461)
• Salary Range : Up to $2,800/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Bonus Rewards : AWS and performance-based variable bonus

Working Hours :

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and maintain financial records using the ERP system
• Prepare customer invoices, process vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist in month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and ledger reconciliations
• Organize and maintain financial documentation in compliance with audit and statutory requirements
• Support cross-functional teams on ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting

What They’re Looking For

• Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or air cargo

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
