- Conducting regular maintenance activities such as unit cleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection
- Identifying and resolving issues within the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks
- Developing feasibility pre-installation design proposals and executing installation tasks
- Conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning
- Engaging with customers to assess their requirements and provide information on air conditioning systems
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment
- Ensure that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a smoth operation
- Assist with all scheduling of daily operations and special events, to meet budget.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities, and knowledge on their own.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours.
- Develop and put together new procedures.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the operators to cover safety, discuss company information and operational issues.
- Provide maintenance support to users of equipment
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment related faults
