Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Tenant Operation
- Act as the main point of onsite support for tenants (10 at Mandai West and 20 at East) and internal stakeholders on all daily operational matters (e.g. queue/ crowd management, signage placements/ refresh and update, waste disposal, lighting/ aircon/ water supply issues, tenants’ deliveries and way-finding etc), ensuring effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Oversee the upkeep of tenant spaces and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders e.g. FM, Park Ops, Security, Conservancy, Horticulture to address and resolve operational concerns (from cleaning, security and M&E services etc) efficiently.
- Respond and manage tenants’ requests/ complaints related to operational issues in a timely and professional manner (leveraging on internal platforms such as incident management, feedback channels).
- Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns at public nodes.
- Engage with tenant operation teams regularly to keep all up to speed with dept’s initiatives and park’s campaign such as park information, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest.
- Regularly engage with visiting guests to understand sentiments and provide ground observations that will be critical to improve public node experience and appeal.
- Provide regular report and update of Tenant operation and service level to Lifestyle/Leasing team so as to prompt any immediate rectification needed.
- Supports in the on-site execution of tenant organised events as well as Lifestyle organised events.
- Min Diploma (preferably in Hospitality, Events Management or Operation).
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in related fields (with guest facing or tenant facing capacity).
- 70% on the field and 30% office.
- Strong communication skills and energetic.
- Service-oriented.
- Able to make decisions independently and strong follow up skills.
- Team player and self-initiated.
- Required to work 2 weekends a month and on Public Holidays.
