Finance Operations Intern

Job Description

Foragers Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our finance team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in core accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality group and build a solid foundation in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Assist with account reconciliations and invoice processing
• Organize filing and document management for audit and compliance
• Help to prepare monthly financial reports
• Provide administrative and finance support as required

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Discretion with confidential information
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Team player with good communication skills
• We’re looking for someone who can join us for at least 3 months, ideally up tp 6 months

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Prior internship or part-time experience in a finance/admin role
