Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage project sales invoicing, including down payments, progress claims, and billing schedule documentation.
• Oversee lease billing to ensure accuracy, contract alignment, and timely agreement renewals.
• Process credit notes, invoice adjustments, and deposit refunds for decommissioned systems; update customer agreements accordingly.
• Submit invoices through external portals with complete documentation; coordinate with internal teams and customs to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle customer billing enquiries via phone and email; provide clarification and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Ensure GST compliance and adherence to Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) for all AR transactions.
• Prepare internal reports for account reconciliation, AR aging, and cash flow monitoring; support month-end closing activities.
