All aspects of HR Duties & Responsibilities which include the following:
- Posting job vacancies based on company requirements in indeed, career future, company website, linked in and other job portals.
- Head Hunting candidates using internet sources
- Screening and selecting candidate resumes.
- Coordinating and arranging interviews with candidates.
- Preparing and sending email offers and employment contracts.
- Conducting reference checks on candidates' certificates and prior employment (with consent).
- Ensuring teachers complete the safeguarding in education course.
- Managing the biometric attendance system for staff check-in and check-out.
- Monitor the HR leave application system via Quick HR.
- Organizing and maintaining employee personnel records by updating the HR system and individual staff folders.
- Handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for work permits, S Passes, and EPs.
- Processing monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
- Filing IRAS 21 and IRAS 8A submissions
- Applying for government-paid leave for maternity, paternity, childcare, and NS leave.
- Submitting levy waiver applications for foreign employees.
- Managing Company and student insurance matters.
IT Support:
- Setting up school email addresses for new staff.
- Configuring laptops and printers.
- Monitoring the school's WiFi software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to laptops, printers, and projectors.
- Setting up of School Printer ID for staff as every staff needs to have 1 printer ID to access the printer.
Purchasing & Maintenance Issue.
- Overseeing school maintenance and coordinating with contractors and building management
- Managing school purchases, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotations.
Appointed as Environmental Control Coordinator
- Preparing monthly cleaning documentation and ensuring that the cleaning inspection schedule, pest control, and air quality inspections comply with NEA requirements.
Appointed as Data Protection Officer and ensured compliance with PDPA and Management of the company’s Data protection.
- Any other duties as assigned by the director and management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act , MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding , and HRIS systems (e.g., QuickHR preferred).
- Prior exposure to facilities management , IT troubleshooting , and procurement is an advantage.
- Familiarity with NEA compliance and experience acting as an ECC (Environmental Control Coordinator) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn for recruitment and operations.
