Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & compilations of the relevant documentation/reports;
  • Issue quotation upon request & customer follow up e.g. quotation, payment etc;
  • General Office maintenance and administrative duties e.g., office purchases, data filling, & data entry;
  • Scanning, printing, emailing, filing, tracking and submitting documents to respective clients or companies;
  • Attend, respond and monitor daily telephone and email enquiry;
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operation team;
  • Performs administrative/accounts related activities e.g. bank entries of payment, receipts, supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipt of goods, open letter box, mailing of letter;
  • Scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and customer service focused at all time;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook);
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin;
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • At least 1 Year of working experience;
  • GCE N or O Level above
