Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a personalized and professional service experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to effectively meet client needs and expectations.
• Support business development efforts, contributing to client acquisition and business growth targets.
• Assist clients with the setup of business accounts and manage relevant administrative processes in Singapore.
• Provide timely assistance and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for enhancement and to offer value-added services.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience working with clients from China or similar markets is advantageous.
• Understanding of Chinese business practices, culture, and communication norms would be beneficial.
• Experience in companies or projects involving China-related operations is an added advantage.
• Educational background or professional exposure related to China would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
