  • Identifying and addressing training needs for cleaning staff.
  • Delivering induction and proficiency training.
  • Managing time and attendance, including timesheets.

Service Delivery & Quality Control:

  • Ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Monitoring work to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Inspecting work done by cleaners and providing feedback.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Maintaining records related to cleaning operations.

Operational & Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing cleaning supplies and inventory.
  • Reordering supplies when needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  • Contributing to the development of work plans and procedures.
  • Attending meetings and communicating relevant information to the team.

Customer Relations:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
