TECHNICAL PERSONNEL (BCCPE)

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure that all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project costs and prepare reports on project status and budget performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize installation efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards

Job Requirements :

• Education : Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience : At least 2-5 years of experience
  Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  Experience in managing budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Leadership & Communication :Strong leadership and people management skills.
  Excellent client and team communication abilities.
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certifications : Must have a BCCPE Bca certication as well.
• Additional Requirements :Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
