Job Scope:

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, documentation, and equipment-related information.
• Communicating with clients to understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensuring client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assisting in the development of action plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Supporting the completion of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Acting as a central point of contact to provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with project and program managers to resolve project blockers.
• Utilizing project tools to track working hours, schedules, and expenditures.
• Creating and maintaining accurate project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Supporting quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Possess Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec and relevant field
• 1-2 years relevant experiences will be advantage
• Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Planner, and Project .
