Quality Control: Regularly inspecting cleaning quality at job sites, ensuring services meet or exceed client expectations, and addressing any issues or feedback.
Client Communication: Managing client feedback, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Planning & Scheduling: Developing cleaning schedules and work plans, allocating staff effectively, and standing in at work sites when needed.
Inventory Management: Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Budget Management: Controlling the budget for cleaning services and optimizing resource utilization.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and training staff on relevant procedures.
