part time accountant

• Preparing payment of all invoices on behalf of the management.

• Recording of payments in the accounting system.

• Prepare schedule of owners expense after the expenses have been checked and validated.

• Checking Master’s cash account and slop chest account.

• Checking vessels wage account/home allotments of float staff.

• Checking the calculation and settlement of final leave pay of seafarers.

• Monthly data entry into accounting system.

• Handle all petty cash claims.

• Assist in other secretarial function as required.

Criterias:

• Good at MS office software
• memeber of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
• must able to speak and write Madarin( Chinese)
• Must be fluent in accounting software like Quickbooks and KIS （ Kindee)
