About The Role

As our Director of Sales & Marketing , you will:

• Lead & develop innovative business strategies to drive revenue.
• Oversee sales teams and ensure top-tier customer service.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department.
• Analyze market trends and create dynamic promotional campaigns.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in the local hospitality industry ( pre-opening experience preferred ).
• Strong sales operations & business development background.
• Proven experience managing large-scale hotel operations ( 250–300 rooms, F&B outlets ).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Background in regional or global chain hotels (preferred).
