Business Development Manager (building materials)

Our Client specializes in quality projects in the region, garnering a reputation of excellence, experience and reliability in providing natural building solutions in the region.

We are helping them to seek a dynamic and results-driven person to head up their commercial and sales business.

Business Development Head. Singapore

The person would need to have
1) commercial and financial awareness to be effective on the job.
2) possess strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
3) experience/knowledge in construction and materials supply markets an added plus.
4) problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
5) team leadership and stakeholder engagement internally and externally to secure local and overseas projects.
6) minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account
management within the construction or materials supply industry.
Less experienced candidates can be considered if possessing
7) proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

The role requires proactive salesmanship, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
