Football Assistant Coach

About the role

As the assistant coach for our senior men's team, you will support the head coach in all aspects of team preparation, development, and match execution. This role involves assisting in the design and conduct of training sessions, providing tactical and technical input.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the head coach in planning and executing training programs.

• Support tactical analysis and provide strategic input for matches.

• Help to manage players' development through individual and group coaching.

• Monitor players’ fitness and recovery in coordination with the medical team.

• Provide regular performance feedback to players.

• Contribute to scouting, video analysis, and opponent preparation.

• Maintain good communication with coaching staff, players, and club management.
  

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an assistant football coach who is confident working in a performance-driven environment, is highly communicative, and has a strong interest in coaching development. You should have:

• Minimum AFC / UEFA B License equivalent. (A License preferred).

• At least 5 years of full-time experience in a professional football club and/or internationally recognised academy.

• Demonstrated successful on-field results and achievements in previous coaching roles.

• A commitment to achieving the best possible result in every match by adapting team and playing style as required.
