We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations at client sites. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, training team members, and maintaining effective communication with clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Lead and support a team of cleaners, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Inspect and audit cleaning work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Train new staff in cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained.
• Address and resolve client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain schedules, attendance records, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible with working hours, including night or weekends if required.
• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties if needed.
