  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.Coordinate design team activities to ensure smooth project execution.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Conduct project review and create reports for stakeholders.
  • ERSS Shoring (Sheet Pile and Soldier Pile), strutting work, Metal Decking Work, Site Management (Study the approved drawing for feasibility of work & submit counter proposals in accordance to site constraints or limitation, Planning, prepare schedule and follow up), Preparing Tender and Quotation for ERSS work, Preparing all the documents submission (RA, Method statement, Safe work Procedure, Submit Progress Report, Billing, Reconciliation.
