- Responsible for leading and overseeing all electrical commissioning operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight of all electrical commissioning activities across the APAC region.
- Plan, manage and supervise the commissioning process for electrical systems including low, medium and high-voltage power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear and control systems.
- Develop and implement regional commissioning standards, procedures, checklists and quality controls.
- Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, construction teams, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical commissioning engineers and technicians across multiple countries.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the design review process to provide input on commissioning feasibility and constructability.
- Support business development by providing technical input for proposals, client meetings and presentations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and reporting for commissioning activities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for electrical commissioning in APAC and represent the company in industry forums and client engagements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical commissioning, with at least 5 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
- Strong understanding of commissioning standards.
- Proven experience in data centers, energy, utilities, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-country or regional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
