  • Responsible for leading and overseeing all electrical commissioning operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight of all electrical commissioning activities across the APAC region.
  • Plan, manage and supervise the commissioning process for electrical systems including low, medium and high-voltage power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear and control systems.
  • Develop and implement regional commissioning standards, procedures, checklists and quality controls.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, construction teams, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical commissioning engineers and technicians across multiple countries.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the design review process to provide input on commissioning feasibility and constructability.
  • Support business development by providing technical input for proposals, client meetings and presentations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and reporting for commissioning activities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for electrical commissioning in APAC and represent the company in industry forums and client engagements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical commissioning, with at least 5 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of commissioning standards.
  • Proven experience in data centers, energy, utilities, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-country or regional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
