Security Officer (Condominium – Sengkang Area)

Salary: From SGD 2,900 – 3,100/month (based on experience)

6 days per week
Shift: 12-hour shift

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the condominium.
• Patrol the premises regularly and report any unusual activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and residents’ concerns.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
• Follow all security procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid PLRD license
• RTT-trained
