Senior Manager (Project Management), Group Director’s Office (Applied Sciences Group)

[What the role is]

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to drive change management and digital transformation initiatives within the Applied Sciences Group (ASG).

As a Product Owner, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping ASG's digital journey, leading stakeholder engagement, and coordinating system implementations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in transforming laboratory operations through digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong change management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in driving digital adoption. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge technical and business needs while leading cross-functional teams through transformation projects.

[What you will be working on]

• Drive ASG's operational vision and goals by aligning business needs with digital solutions and operational efficiency through process improvements and system integrations,
• Lead as Product Owner for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and digital transformation initiatives to plan, develop and execute product roadmap, drive Agile delivery processes, and lead change management and stakeholder engagement including training initiatives across ASG laboratory operations.
• Oversee LIMS administration and system enhancements to optimize laboratory workflows.
• Act as ASG liaison officer for HSA Level and Professional Group level projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  
  
  

[What we are looking for]

• Strong background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives and system implementations.
• Experience in government sector and laboratory operations would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP/CITPM), Agile methodologies (Scrum Master/Product Owner), or Change Management (PROSCI/CCMP) would be an advantage.
