Task Description:

As part of an experienced Finance team:

• Closing of monthly accounts (P&L, BS, and other monthly closing schedules).
• Prepare monthly management reports to stakeholders.
• To provide required financial information/support to business and operations.
• Able to do presentation to Management team
• Prepare BOD meeting materials half yearly
• Engage in tax preparation and GST review
• Ensure management reporting and KPI measurement for financial targets are aligned HQ guidelines
• Able to carry out annual Forecast and Budgeting, and 5-years Plan
• Liaise with both internal and external auditors.
• Support Operations on tenders, investment and any projects that require financial modelling.
• Work closely with Operations on financial related matters such as revenue recognition, leasing commitments and etc

Specific Technical Skills Required

• Well versed in Financial Reporting Standards
• Possess good Excel skills, and prior experience in Hyperion and SAP are added advantage.
• Able to perform DCF for potential business prospects and impairment of investments

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications
• At least >5 years of Financial Accounting and Business Controlling;
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SAP
• Knowledge on Project Costing/ WBS settlement will be preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements
• Able to work independently under pressur
• Strong communication and presentation skills
