Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Preparation & compilations of the relevant documentation/reports;
- Issue quotation upon request & customer follow up e.g. quotation, payment etc;
- General Office maintenance and administrative duties e.g., office purchases, data entry, faxing, preparation of reports;
- Scanning, emailing, filing, tracking and submitting documents to respective clients or companies;
- Attend, respond and monitor daily telephone and email enquiry;
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operation team;
- Performs administrative/accounts related activities e.g. bank entries of payment, receipts, supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipt of goods, open letter box, mailing of letter;
- Scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and customer service focused at all time
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- At least 1 Year of working experience
- GCE N or O Level above qualification
