Beauty Branch Manager

Position Requirements:

• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in the beauty industry.
• Service Proficiency: Skilled in manicure and pedicure, body therapy, and facial services.
• Management Skills:

• Strong ability to lead and train beauty professionals.

• Experienced in overseeing daily operations including sales, billing, and customer relationship management.

• Capable of managing budgets, planning programs, and handling account management responsibilities.

• Leadership & Teamwork:

• Effective in team building, team leadership, and performance management.

• Adept at motivating teams to meet sales targets and service standards.

• Communication & Language:

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strategic Thinking:

• Strong customer analysis skills with the ability to develop targeted marketing strategies.

• Confident in negotiation and problem-solving to drive business success.
