(K) Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

• Basic Salary: UP $5K + VB
• Kallang
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Prepare tender submissions Bills of Quantities, tender quotations, quantity take-offs, material and subcontractor sourcing, and costing
• Analyse project costs, including equipment, materials, and labour, using past purchasing records.
• Attend site visits, evaluate price comparisons and prepare cost summaries
• Study tender specifications and drawings, project budgets, cost control, subcontracts, and main contracts, including Variation Orders (VO) and final account settlements
• Handle procurement, review & negotiation, cost analysis, submit monthly reports, contract agreements and process payments
• Identify potential claims, extensions of time, terms and conditions, and loss and expense claims.

You will need: -

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Prior knowledge of electrical project and Gebiz software
