Site Supervisor/coordinator

Responsibilities:

1 . Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions, reviewing open issues and action items; contributing knowledge to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.

2 . Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and coordinating subcontract works

3 . Liaise with clients and consultants on projects.

4 . Produce accurate reports and documentation before and after project completion.

5 . Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.

6 . Assist in updating the As-Built drawing on site.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Basic Vocational Certificate.

2. Min 2 years of working experience in roofing installation.

3. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.

4. Willing to work on the Plant Roof in Jurong Island.
