We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin Support professional to assist in administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role supports internal coordination, vendor engagement, document management, and fund operations support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site administrative support, including meeting logistics, supplies management, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with digital and physical document control, internal recordkeeping, and coordination with third party service providers.
  • Manage office letterbox and coordinate courier dispatch.
  • Support compliance tasks such as audit preparation, periodic KYC reviews, tracking regulatory filing deadlines, and registers maintenance.
  • Coordinate and support bank & brokerage account openings.
  • Liaise with corporate service providers to facilitate payment instructions and changes in corporate structures (e.g.: change of Director, Corpsec)
  • Coordinate and track the signing process of documents to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience in a corporate or financial setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic familiarity with compliance or fund operations support will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with attention to detail.
