Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and admin tasks for capital markets activities

• Maintain client, trade, and compliance records

• Assist with client onboarding (KYC/AML checks)

• Coordinate with external providers (e.g. auditors, brokers, consultants)

• Help prepare internal reports and regulatory submissions

• Track deadlines and ensure timely task follow-up

• Support audits, compliance reviews, and policy updates

Requirements:

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Discreet with confidential information

• Good communication skills with internal teams and external partners

• Hardworking, adaptable, and responsible

• Financial services or capital markets experience preferred

• Familiarity with MAS rules is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
